HOW TO ORDER

Please make sure you have read and agree to the Terms of Service.
In your message, make sure you provide the following informations:

  1. The type of commission you want

  2. The character(s) reference(s). Tell me or send me the pose and expression that you want (optional)

  3. Whether the drawing can be shared on social media.

  4. Whether the drawing will be used for personal or commercial purposes.

  5. Wait for confirmation, I will reply your message to confirm or reject your order

Term of Service

  • I have the right to decline your commission request for any reason.

  • Payment works through PayPal and BCA Only

  • The sketch will be sent after the full payment.

  • If you request a refund, know that you will only get 70% of the price if I already started working on the sketch. There won’t be any refund after your approval of the sketch, unless the art cannot be finished on the deadline, or at all, due to an issue or mistake on my end.

  • I will not continue if there's no confirmation in the sketch phase.

  • Major revision (e.g., clothing changes, pose) only during the sketch phase, any major change after this phase will be charged extra. Please ensure the initial description is accurate.

  • Minor revisions (color adjustment / add small detail) on the rendering and finished phase.

  • The commission is for personal use. If you plan to use it for commercial purposes, you will have to discuss it with me beforehand (extra fees will most likely apply).

  • I retain all rights to the artwork. I may post it on my art accounts as a portfolio and a commission sample (with a watermark). if you wish your work not to be published, please discuss it with me.

  • You are allowed to post it on your personal sites as long as you give credit to my social media page.

  • Some factors that may affect the speed of my work, but are not limited to, are : Family, health, and amount of commissions in progress. Please be patient!

  • Paying for the commission means the commissioner accepts these terms and conditions.

Work Process

  • Sketching - I will send you the sketch and we will discuss about it. In this stage, I will accept major revisions (ex: changing pose, cloth, etc)

  • Rendering - I will finalize the sketch into finished illustration. This process will take a vary time, depending on the complexity and my workload at that time.

  • Finished - Final rendering result. In this stage, I will only accept minor revisions (ex: add some details, adjusting color, etc). Finished pieces will be sent via email.
